GRAPHIC DESIGN
Graphic design is the creative process that includes organizing the text and the visuals as two or three dimensional in a percievable field to convey a message, to enhance an image or to visualize an idea. Graphic design is used to increase the visual appeal of the product and to convey the message of its brand more clearly. The graphic designer arranges the placement of the logos, textures, pictures or texts before the printing process. This step is crucial in ensuring the quality of the product is up to the client’s standarts from the very beginning. The computers that we use has special programs for this purpose. These programs help our design team to arrange the colours, sheet layout, and the overall composition of the product. And of course the skill set of our design team plays an imperative part in the whole design process. Our experienced graphic design team provides the most suitable design for you and prepares the design for the printing process. Additionally, the designs that are sent by our clients are checked by our team, and if there is any mistake made in any colours, texts, or the knife design, our team will provide you with quick and efficient solutions.
DIGITAL PRINTING PROOF
Proofing is a type of printing done to check the complicated package designs or the colours of the product before actually beginning production. Proof printing is done to replicate the product that is to be mass produced.
With the wide range of bright and colours, the consistent proof printings we do is one of many solutions that we provide for our clients.
Digital printing is done in-house with our digital printing machine that can print onto the papers of your choice up to 33×70 cm and 350 gsm. We offer high quality, cromalin proofs and printed box samples with our state of the art solutions in digital printing.
PLOTTER AND DUMMY PROOFING
We do not start production before we test evey digitally made knife design to be sure of its accuracy. Producing dummy proofs for our clients so they can inspect the package design before mass production is one of the many services we provide. We are able to provide our clients with dummies made of any carton of their choice and in any size that they desire. This way, any mistakes that could happen while in mass production is eliminitaed before even it occurs.
COMPUTER-TO-PLATE (CTP) PRINTING
After the printing files are approved, the printing layout is imprinted onto a printing plate. With this process called CTP, the pre-printing preparation process ends. This is also done in-house within our factory; and for this reason, it is easier and convinent for us to be able to check the colours, design and the layout which saves time for us and our clients.
