CELLOPHANE / LAMINATION
After the printing process is over, cartons undergo the lamintion process. With a wide variety applications such as dispersion lacquer, UV lacquer and matte, glossy or metallized cellophane which protects the paint and renders it more durable and long-lasting.
GRAIN TEXTURE
If you would like your product to feel pleasant to touch as well as it looks; we provide solutions for grain texturing. With numerous texture options to choose from, grain texture application will provide your package with an elegant finishing touch.
PARTIAL / EMBOSS LACQUER
One of the other applications we provide is partial/emboss lacquer. This highlights the desired parts of your design and helps it to stand out. It is widely used in package manufacturing to give added texture and shine to a designated area.
HOT FOIL STAMPING
Hot foil stamping is a very common application, used in the production of luxurious packaging. With custom-made heated clichés, the foil is pressed onto the surface of your product. Gold and silver foils are the most preferred, although we can provide our customers with other different colours and shades as well. This application enhances the visual appeal of your package in a way that standard offset printing and screenprinting could not.
PAPER EMBOSSING
Paper embossing, which is the best application that compliments hot stamping, could be applied onto the foil-stamped surface, or any other surface on the package that you would desire to highlight. With the use of metal clichés, a wide variety of designs of your choosing could be imprinted onto your package.
CARTON-CORRUGATED CARTON / CARTON COATING
Corrugated carton is used in manufacturing packages for heavy objects for its sturdiness, and for fragile objects for its durability. We coat the corrugated carton that is suitable for your product, with a thinner carton on which your design is offset printed. It is the best option for durable packaging. Additionally, we can also coat two flat cartons to make your packaging or product more durable.
DIE CUTTING
With the help of our custom-made dies, precisely designed to your specifications, we can mass produce high quality packages in any shape and size possible. The dies are prepared with specific woods for its base that is free from any voids and molding. Then the steel rods are placed onto the wooden base according to the design of the box for cutting. The final step in creating the die involves the addition of ejection rubber. Rubber pads are adhered to the wooden base to help eject the material after it is cut. With different locking and folding mechanisims, we manufacture the most convinient and easy-to-assemble packages for your products.
FOLDING & GLUING
When all the other applications are finished, we start the folding and gluing procces. Our folder & gluer machines are capable of doing side gluing, lock bottom gluing, 4, 6, 8 point gluing and conical gluing for noodle boxes. We use UV adhesives as well as regular glues, which provides a high production output because it dries faster. This type of adhesive is used in noodle and döner boxes that is produced from PE coated carton. Gluing process provides easy assembly and durability for your products.
SHIPPING
Your products are packed in either carton boxes or srinkwrap. When your products are packed on a standart 80×120 pallet, it is then strech wrapped and strapped with plastic strapping to ensure that the pallet is secured and will prevent damage to your products. For our local customers in Turkey, the shipping is included in the price, and for our foreign customers, our prices are EXW/İstanbul.
